1. How do I use Rinude?

Shake gently. Spray on or under the tongue 15–20 minutes before bed, hold for 10–15 seconds, then swallow. Children 6+: 1–3 sprays. Adults 16+: 4–7 sprays. Start at the low end of your range and find your number — see How To Use.

2. How much melatonin is in each spray?

0.2 mg per spray, every spray. That means 0.2–0.6 mg for a child's serving and 0.8–1.4 mg for an adult's — close to what the body makes on its own, rather than the 5–10 mg in most gummies and pills.† The number is printed on the bottle so you always know exactly what you're taking.

3. What's in it?

Per adult 4-spray serving: melatonin 0.8 mg, saffron extract 14 mg, magnesium glycinate 5 mg, L-theanine 5 mg, and vitamin B6 (P5P) 1 mg. Sweetened with monk fruit. Sweet mint flavor. Sugar-free, non-habit forming.† See What's Inside.

4. Why a spray instead of a gummy or pill?

Two reasons. Absorption: a sublingual spray goes into the bloodstream through the tissue under your tongue instead of waiting on digestion, so it works faster and you can take it closer to bedtime.† Control: a metered pump gives you the same measured dose every time, so you can adjust by a single spray instead of cutting a gummy into quarters.

5. Will it make me groggy in the morning?

Rinude uses a deliberately low dose of melatonin that clears by morning, rather than the high doses that leave people foggy.† As with any supplement, individual responses vary — if you feel heavy the next day, drop one spray.

6. Is it safe for children?

Rinude is designed for children 6 and older at 1–3 sprays, under adult supervision. Talk to your child's pediatrician before use, especially if your child takes any medication or has a medical condition. Not for children under 6.

7. Can I take it with my medication?

8. How long does a bottle last?

Each 14 mL bottle contains 120 metered sprays. At an adult 4-spray serving that's 30 nights; at a child's 2-spray serving, 60 nights.
